This year, National Wreaths Across America Day was held on Saturday, December 16, 2023. Compatriots and guests of the Anthony Halberstadt Chapter SAR joined the more than two million volunteers and supporters who gathered to Remember, Honor and Teach at more than 4,225 participating locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad. The weather was excellent and the group helped lay some of the 700+ wreaths donated to honer veterans buried at Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne.
